Reading and writing is not a goal onto itself! Reading and writing is not the purpose but the means of communication and learning other knowledge and skills needed for work, culture and science. For that reason, this precious tool of human brain should be: as simple, precise and efficient as possible. Spelling system and alphabet should describe human speech in a simple and precise way; so that just by hearing a word or name, even for the first time in a lifetime, one can write it properly down; or when a word or a name is read, even for the first time in a lifetime, one should be able to pronounce it fairly. This goal can be reached by using the Phonetic Alphabet. The purpose of the Phonetic Alphabet is to describe with close enough proximity, set of phonemes used for a language or a group of languages. The Alphabet must be highly readable, highly writable and easy to learn because it is used by every human that speaks any of the languages that alphabet is made for. It must be attainable for toddlers that are drawing their first lines and for common workers, as well as for university students and professors.
